I’ve worked with a few different cabling companies over the years and I have to say that my latest experience with Telco Data was by far one of the very best. They organized all their work on site perfectly with my GC. They gave me detailed maps showing all the drops and were very quick to help me make minor changes a long the way. The crew that came in to finish the job were the nicest dudes ever! They worked their butts off to meet my deadline and were very kind when I had even more minor changes at the end of the project. I’ll be contracting them for any work I need done in the Austin area from now on.

The team (Haden and Alan) were engaging, communicative, polite, and helpful and represented their organization in a way I demand my team represent ours. The job turned out to be far more challenging than it needed to be, due to misinformation and incompetence from CenturyLink. However, they were aware that I had traveled a long way and that we were on a tight timescale, so they stuck with it and didn’t leave until the job was complete, the service tested, and everything handed over. For this I am extremely grateful. They were excellent and I really admire their perseverance and professionalism – a job really well done.

This company was wonderful from beginning to end. We were having many phone difficulties that no one could figure out for us. We tried everything from our telephone company to electricians. Finally, someone referred us to Telco Data. The phone was immediately answered by a live being (not a recording)! The tech was scheduled out for the very next day and arrived only after calling us first. Lorenzo was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure everything was up and running before he left. He even cleaned up many of our old wires and the mess that was created by all of the companies we had out to fix the problem that couldn’t actually fix it.

Telco Data is an outstanding company. I have worked with many cabling companies and they far outshine others. They are customer-focused and provide excellent customer service. The owner is great at being upfront and presenting all the options and making sure you have all the facts so you can make an educated decision. Stacy walks you thru all aspects of the deal and his technicians are the best guys I have worked with in Austin. They do what they say they are going to do and they do it correct the first time. They stand by their word and want to help solve problems by providing solutions. What more could you ask for? They are very reasonably priced and willing to work around creative or constrained budgets through financing options or other deals in house to make Telco Data a one-stop-shop.
